Born and raised in Atlanta’s Brookhaven area, Kimberly offers clients a rare combination of local knowledge, regional reach, and full-spectrum real estate expertise. A graduate of Georgia Tech with a Business Management Bachelor's Degree, Kimberly has been actively involved in residential real estate since 2001.

In 2009, she co-founded Mercatus Realty LLC with Preston Salinari, launching the company in the midst of a national market downturn. While many were hesitant to enter the industry at the time, Kimberly leaned in—and built a thriving, client-centered business that's grown steadily ever since.

Kimberly is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida, allowing her to serve a diverse client base across the Southeast. In 2024, she also became a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, further expanding her ability to guide clients through every step of the home buying and selling process.

Over the years, Kimberly has represented buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and developers.
